Our Principles

Craft Web Georgia has designed this Policy to be consistent with the following principles:

• Privacy policies should be human readable and easy to find.
• Data collection, storage, and processing should be simplified as much as possible to enhance security, ensure consistency, and make the practices easy for users to understand.
• Data practices should meet the reasonable expectations of users.
• Conversion should happen on the device. We do not need a copy of your audio files to provide the Services.

Information We Collect

WAV & MP3 Converter does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information. Audio files are not uploaded to a server. The extension does not use analytics, advertising, accounts, or remote logging. It does not read the pages you visit.

We do not collect information from you through the extension, we do not passively collect information from your browser or device for our records, and we do not buy or receive user profiles from third parties.

Information You Provide Directly to Us

The Services do not offer accounts, donations, in-app purchases, newsletters, or an in-product feedback form. The extension does not collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, payment information, or geographic location.

If you email jeep4vs4@gmail.com, we receive the address you send from and whatever you write in that message. We use that only to reply.

Information that Is Automatically Collected

Files you choose to convert are read in memory, processed, and offered as a download. Output settings and theme stay only on this device. They are not sent to Craft Web Georgia.

The Chrome extension does not automatically collect IP addresses, unique device identifiers, location, carrier information, browsing history, click analytics, or error logs for Craft Web Georgia.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

The product site at apps.cwg.ge does not set advertising cookies and does not run a third-party analytics tag.

The extension does not set advertising cookies, tracking pixels, clear GIFs, or other tracking technologies. There is no separate cookie policy because the Services do not use tracking cookies.

Information from Third Parties

We do not collect information about you from public sources, social media platforms, marketing firms, or other third parties in order to operate the Services.

How We Use Your Information

Because no personal data is collected through the Services, Craft Web Georgia does not use your data for advertising, profiling, fundraising, or resale. Local settings remember output format and theme on this device.

If you email us, we use that message to answer your question or request.

When We Disclose Your Information

Craft Web Georgia does not share, sell, or transfer user data to third parties. The extension has no analytics SDK and no data-broker relationship.

The extension does not send your files or personal data to service providers, advertisers, affiliates, or data brokers.

If we are required by law to disclose information we actually hold — typically an email you sent us — we may do so. We may also disclose that correspondence if needed to protect the safety, rights, or property of Craft Web Georgia, our users, or the public, or to enforce this Policy.

The extension does not create a user database. There is no conversion history or customer list from the Services to transfer in a sale of assets.

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

The laws in some jurisdictions require companies to say what legal ground they rely on to use information that can identify you. To the extent those laws apply:

• We do not process audio files or device data because those stay on your device.
• If you email us, we handle that message to respond to you and to manage legal issues.
• Where a law requires consent for a later feature that collects personal data, we will ask before that collection starts.

Online Analytics

We do not use Google Analytics or other third-party web analytics on the Services. We do not run advertising pixels on the product site.

Your Choices and Data Subject Rights

There is no account to update and no marketing list to leave, because the Services do not create either.

You may ask whether we hold information about you, and you may ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing jeep4vs4@gmail.com. In ordinary use the only information we might hold is an email you chose to send. You may also write through the contact details on me.cwg.ge.

If you are in the European Economic Area or another jurisdiction with similar rights, you may also have the right to object to or restrict our handling of an email you sent, and to contact a supervisory authority. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the request.

International Transfers

The extension does not transfer your files or personal data to another country, because it does not upload them.

If you email us, your message is carried by your email provider and received by us. That path depends on how email works, not on a Craft Web Georgia analytics or file-processing server.

Security Measures

Conversion runs on your device. Files are not uploaded to Craft Web Georgia. Output settings stay on this device.

Email you send over the Internet cannot be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send passwords or payment card numbers to the privacy address.

Children

The Services are a general-purpose audio utility. They are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has sent us personal information by email, we will delete that message as soon as practicable.

Data Retention

We do not retain audio files, conversion history, or device data from the Services.

Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to answer you, or as long as we are legally required or permitted to keep them.

Third-Party Links and Services

This site may link to store listings and to me.cwg.ge. Those sites have their own policies. Craft Web Georgia is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites. If you use those sites, their policies apply to information you give them.

Permissions

The extension requests only the sidePanel permission so it can open the converter in Chrome's side panel. It does not request access to tabs, browsing history, cookies, downloads APIs, host permissions, or website content.

Remote Code

The extension does not use remote code. All scripts ship inside the extension package. Encoding uses a library bundled with the item. There are no remotely hosted scripts.

Limited Use

WAV & MP3 Converter does not access Google user data, including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or other Google APIs. If a later version requests Google user data, that data will be used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the product. It will not be transferred except as needed to provide those features or as required by law. It will not be used to serve advertisements. Any such use will comply with Google Limited Use requirements.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

If this Policy changes, the last updated date on this page will change. Material changes that affect how data is handled will be reflected on this page and in the Chrome Web Store listing.
